Research Area: Solid-State Devices and Nanotechnology
Advisor: Prof. Becky Peterson

Research Project: Tanya’s research work involves using amorphous metal oxide material to develop back-end-of-line compatible, low-voltage thin film transistor technology. She is most interest in energy efficient devices.
