Undergraduate Admissions

There are five degree programs associated with the EECS Department. Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering are both accredited programs administered by the College of Engineering (CoE). Graduates receive a Bachelor of Science degree in either Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE).

Undergraduate students apply to the University of Michigan for admission. Once admitted as a student and maintaining an appropriate academic record, you may declare a major in electrical engineering or computer engineering after talking with an advisor and completing the appropriate paperwork.
