Negative Probabilities

The topic of negative probabilities seems sufficiently provocative and attractive so that (unless you think that the speaker is crazy) advertisement seems unnecessary.

We will motivate negative probabilities, touch on the history of the subject in quantum theory, present a little contribution of our own, and discuss how negative probabilities are used.
