2013 EECS Outstanding Achievement Awards

The EECS Outstanding Achievement Awards are presented annually to faculty members for their outstanding accomplishments in teaching, research, and service.

The recipients of the 2013 EECS Outstanding Achievement Award are:

David Blaauw
Professor

For innovative research in variation-tolerant and energy efficient integrated circuit design, and exceptional mentoring and teaching in the area of VLSI circuits.

Wei Lu
Associate Professor
For innovative research in nanoscale electronics and the development of memristor devices.

Z. Morley Mao
Associate Professor

For contributions in monitoring and stabilizing Internet routing behavior, improving Internet security and monitoring smartphones’ power consumption.
