The ECE Student Educational Experience (SEE) Committee is launching a series of monthly wellness events for ECE students, starting with a Tai Chi seminar. These events are meant to help students relax and relieve stress from a busy schedule. 
Many practitioners of tai chi use this technique to enhance physical and mental health, as well as to improve posture, balance, flexibility, and strength. In addition, tai chi is said to boost mood, alleviate pain, strengthen the immune system, and improve heart health. 
No RSVP required, MCards will be scanned upon arrival. **Event will be held in the grove next to the EECS building**
