Short Course on Advanced Methods in Atomic Force Microscopy
This is a 1-day short course held at the Lurie Nanofabrication Facility at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
The short course will include both classroom lectures and hands-on activities relevant to applications in energy storage, biotechnology, nanoelectronics and nanoelectromechanical systems (NEMS).
