Have you found yourself at a professional conference wondering how to network and make connections? Do you need to utilize faculty office hours or enhance your working relationship with your advisor? Do you feel your communication skills could be stronger? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this workshop is for you! ECE’s Student Educational Experience (SEE) Committee is excited to announce “Faculty and Conference Communication Skills.”
Professor Stéphane Lafortune will informally discuss how to best communicate with faculty, how to network and present at professional conferences, followed by a Q&A. These are skills all ECE students will need at one point in time or another, so come with questions!
No registration is required, MCards will be scanned upon arrival. Refreshments will be provided.
