Mindfulness, defined as awareness of present-moment experience, can help us understand the thoughts, emotions, and body sensations that govern our lives. As we become more aware of how our minds function, we are more skillful in our ability to deal with stress, sustain attention, and interact compassionately with others. All are welcome to attend these free guided meditation sessions. No previous experience necessary.
