Student Event

ECE Career Fair (virtual)

WHERE:
Remote/Virtual
SHARE:

Electrical and Computer Engineering is offering a virtual career fair as a supplement to our in person fair. ECE students interested in meeting with companies should set up a profile on Engineering Careers, by 12twenty. This will ensure students have access to jobs and internships posted by corporate partners, and can easily share their resume.

The virtual career fair will take place in Career Fair Plus and will be done on an appointment basis. Appointments will last approximately 10 minutes and advance sign up is required. ECE students will be able to start signing up for appointments starting on Monday, Sept. 26, at 7:00 p.m. EDT.

Helpful tips for students:

  • Please be respectful of others time. If you are unable to make your appointment, notify the company representative as soon as possible. There are many students interested in meeting with each company so if you can’t make your appointment, someone else might be able to!
  • Have a copy of your resume readily available in case it’s requested.
  • Sit in a quiet space (whenever possible) and utilize headphones to minimize background noise and distraction.
  • Business casual is suggested.
