Computer Science Education Week

Computer Science Education Week takes place Dec 9 – 15 and is an opportunity to raise awareness of computing and its potential for impact in our lives. The US Congress chose this particular week for CSEdWeek in recognition of Grace Murray Hopper's birthday, December 9, 1906, and her extraordinary contributions to the field of computer science.

To avoid the exam timeframe, CSE is observing CSEdWeek Dec. 3 – 7.

Come and talk to students from Michigan Hackers, the popular new student group that supports the creative urges of students who are passionate about technology.

Mix It Up with Local Tech Firms at the A2CS Tech Mixer

Looking for opportunities with local tech companies? Designed to build connections between tech companies in the Ann Arbor area and students in U-M Computer Science programs, the A2CS Tech Mixer is intended to be fun, relaxed, and a fabulous opportunity for the local computer science/tech community to meet up.
Wednesday, December 5 from 6:00 – 8:00pm in Tishman Hall, Beyster Building.
