It is with great excitement and pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2024 Biophysics Student Symposium! This year’s theme is Seeing the Unseen: Advancing Scientific Visualization, and will be held on Friday May 31st from 9am-4pm in the Rackham Auditorium with a special student networking event from 1pm-2pm in the East and West Conference Halls.
This year we are excited to welcome Rengasayee Veeraraghavan, Ph.D. as our keynote speaker. The symposium will also feature faculty talks from Shyamal Mosalaganti, Dawen Cai, and Somin Eunice Lee. In addition, we will be selecting 6 student talks to highlight the diverse and interdisciplinary work done across the university.

The symposium is open to all departments! Due to venue constraints, we will be capping the registration at 200 people, so we encourage you to register sooner than later!
